Hello! My name is David Santiago Franco Poras, and I am currently enrolled in the Social Analysis and Development program. In this post, I want to share my academic and professional journey, highlighting the key decisions, experiences, and goals that have shaped who I am today.

My development has been guided by three core values: adaptability, leadership, and continuous learning. I began my studies at Polígono Colombiano, where I built a strong foundation in leadership, autonomy, and tolerance. These values helped me grow into someone who can make decisions and solve problems effectively.

One of the most important decisions in my life was serving in the military. This experience taught me discipline, flexibility, and responsibility—skills that have been essential in both personal and professional contexts.

Currently, I work as a production assistant in a company. My short-term goal is to secure a direct contract, which would give me greater financial stability and allow me to support my family.

Looking ahead, I plan to fully immerse myself in the world of programming. My dream is to become the first engineer in my family. I am committed to learning new skills and exploring new areas because I believe that growth is a lifelong journey.
