That's why we need critical thinking and media literacy . Critical thinking means analyzing information carefully, not just accepting everything as true. We ask questions like: > Is this information reliable? Who created it? What is their purpose? Media literacy is the ability to access, understand, evaluate, and create messages in different formats. It helps us recognize fake news, biased information, and manipulation. For example:  when we read a viral post online, media literacy helps us check the source before sharing it. Reflection: By using these skills, we can become more responsible citizens and smarter professionals. As a future software engineer, I know that knowing how to evaluate information is key to making ethical decisions and creating better digital tools.
